gg47633 c5417c0d47 Shapeshift tab: keep past runs, browse them when nobody is playing 
Each run is saved to its own file under data/shapeshift (mounted as a volume, so
it survives restarts and rebuilds); the last 100 runs are kept. The state API
lists them and serves any one with ?run=<seed>. The tab gets a Past runs table
(click one to see its chart, rooms and last network) and says when no run is in
progress instead of waiting forever.
